Gran Quivira

Gran Quivia

Is the largest of the three Salinas pueblos, and was an important trade center. There are two churches built on this site. By 1672 the pueblo was abandoned.

This church in use between 1630 - 1670, it was the smaller of the two in the pueblo








This pueblo hand these round mounds in various places that the other sites did not have.
